Twilight Parties past.....

So I am so hyper about this whole Oprah thing, I just need something to do the keep busy. Here are some pics that I have not uploaded yet. These pics are from my Twilight DVD party in March and my daughter's 9th birthday this past July. Of course it was a Twilight theme....that's my girl!

Lauren's 9th Birthday...................

This cake #1 for the sleepover. I made one layer chocolate and one layer red velvet. Trying to get the Twilight colors.

This is cake #2 for the family party the next day.

You cannot have a Twilight Party without Twizzlers!!!!! I found a new use for my Edward thermos.

I created "Pin the Apple on the Book" by painting a Twilight book cover and cutting out apples for the girls to attach to it.

My sister and niece did the balloons and streamers.....very impressive! And the Alice twinkle lights.

I don't even know where I came up with this idea.....but I made 3 of them. Just printed off pics and cut them from magazines. Then decorated with markers and ran a ribbon through them.

Okay, so I went to the party store and found Edward and Isabella confetti. I took all of the Isabella ones and cut off the ISA to create Bella confetti. P.S. I saved these for the New Moon DVD party....LOL.

Oprah Update

I just got my confirmation to see New Moon in 2 DAYS at 7:00. The email from Oprah says the movie is free and optional, but they "encourage" you to attend since we will be talking about the movie on the show the next day. HaHaHa!!!!! "Optional".....good one!

OME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS IS HUUUUUGGGGGEEEEE!!!!!

I AM HYPERVENTILATING!!!!!!!!My sister Barb and I are going to be in the audience at Oprah on Friday to see Stephenie Meyer....AND.....we are going to a screening of New Moon this Thursday night before the show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I am going to sleep a wink the next few days!!!!!!!!!

It has come to my attention that there are quite a few lurkers out there. YOU know who you are.....you stop by, pant over a few pics for RPattz, and then you leave. I compare this blog to a party and I am Monica from Friends....you know she always got when it came to parties. "I'm always the hostess!!!" (I am so like Monica is many ways BTW) It just bums me out that no one leaves any comments or any other evidence that they were here. I know the name is Twilight Junkies ANONYMOUS, but I didn't think anyone would take that last word so seriously. LOL Honestly, how can anyone look a picture like this...........

and not make a comment???? Seriously!!!! You are stronger than I am :)

I just saw the long version of the "Meet the Wolf Pack" trailer. At minute :40, Jacob gives Bella the dreamcatcher, but keep watching. At minute :45 - look at the look that Jacob gives Edward. Holy cow!!!! So funny!!!
